A limited-edition rod with only 160 pieces released worldwide, inspired by the fishing grounds of Zhangzi Island, Dalian, China.

This area features shallow waters with large fish and unpredictable bites—ranging from aggressive strikes to complete inactivity. Even highly skilled anglers may end up empty-handed. Therefore, high rod strength and performance are essential. A rod length of 180–189 cm is considered the most versatile choice for optimal jigging control.

The North Island Special Edition rod is built with top-grade solid blank material, combined with high-carbon fabric to deliver a uniquely balanced and refined action. It offers a responsive yet powerful backbone, allowing anglers to jig all day without fatigue.

This limited model is not only ideal for Dalian waters, but also performs exceptionally well around Taiwan’s Northern Three Islands, where fishing depths are similar. With one rod in hand, you can confidently handle a wide range of species—from small Spanish mackerel (around 3 kg), skipjack tuna, and amberjack, to larger targets such as yellowtail and greater amberjack up to 50 kg.
